Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria began her career in the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service, serving in various capacities at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MITI) until her retirement in 2016. Appointed as a Trustee in January 2010, she also sits on the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Hartalega.
